Boston Vitality serves the entire states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire via our in-person offices as well as via telehealth.

Our Massachusetts main office and headquarters are conveniently located in Stoneham, MA, seconds off of Route 93 and just moments from the 93 / 95 interchange. We are 9 miles from Downtown Boston. Our address is 92 Montvale Ave., Stoneham, MA right next to the Mobil gas station on Montvale Avenue heading east. You will find us on the 3rd floor in office 3400. We are open Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm, but can accommodate special appointments after hours and on weekends (advanced booking required).

Our buildings have ample parking and our offices are discreet and private. We always have the privacy and comfort of his clients in mind and we have a location and office space that provides confidentiality and privacy in addition to convenience.
