We are a private pay concierge medicine office that can see you in the comfort of our private, nice office or in the convenience of your own home, office or even your car.
The process is straightforward and easy. We want you to be comfortable and happy with your experience and a big part of that is knowing what’s going on and what to expect. Below you will find our simple 4 step process that each client experiences. You are important to us and we want to empower you to feel healthy, rejuvenated and have vitality again!
Step 1
Call or email us to schedule an appointment
Step 2
Arrive at your appointment and we will do an exam and some blood work
Step 3
Lab results come in within a couple days and the Dr reviews results
Step 4
If you qualify we will provide your medication
Boston Vitality is conveniently located in Stoneham, MA, seconds off of Route 93 and just moments from the 93 / 95 interchange. Our address is 92 Montvale Ave., Stoneham, MA right next to the Mobil gas station on Montvale Ave heading east. You will find us on the 3rd floor in office 3700. We are open Monday – Friday 9 am to 6 pm but can accommodate special appointments after hours and on weekends (advanced booking required).
Our building has ample parking and our office is discreet and private. Doctor Zacharias always has the privacy and comfort of his clients in mind and we have a location and office space that provides confidentiality and privacy in addition to convenience.
Once you get to our office, you will be greeted by our friendly office staff who will ask you to fill out a short medical questionnaire (if you haven’t brought it with you). They will then introduce you to our medical staff who will go over your answers and perform a brief physical exam. We value your time and know you are busy. Our goal is to provide you thorough and complete medical care and get you back to your life as quickly and safely as possible.
